When you get down to it, happiness at work seems to be about doing something you enjoy, with people you like and respect. But if you’re going to find the right career for you, it’s important to understand your options. For example, many people miss out on opportunities in banking because they don’t really understand what we do.
On one hand we get applications from people who don’t know the first thing about finance, except that they want to be rich by next Tuesday. On the other hand, we don’t get applications from thousands of people who would be absolutely perfect for our business if only they knew what was on offer.
